Risk-Free Shopping: 30-Day Return Policy!
To us at Ruff Cycles, you as our rider are very important. We therefore want you to be happy with your purchase and we understand that sometimes, things don’t fit. We aim to provide you a care-free and memorable shopping experience, but remember we don’t have Amazon’s capacities, therefore please have understanding and don’t compare us.
So, if for any reason you want to return a Ruff Cycles product, you can get a refund. And because we know that life can be busy and stressful sometimes, we extend the right of return from the statutory 14 days to 30 days!
This applies to eBikes as well as accessories purchased from our web shop.

For eBikes: Please keep the original packaging as in case of a return, you are responsible for a safe transport back to us.

After receiving the returned goods, our teams will check them for approval of the refund.

If we detect usage, missing packaging and/or damages that impact the resale value of the item, we reserve the right to deduct it from the refund.

Custom parts that are specifically produced on customer’s request are excluded.
How to return
If you wish to return an item, please inform usby means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, or an eMail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Return process
All returns are subject to review by our staff. We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we reserve the right to decline a return if, at our discretion, we determine that the policy is being abused. Please note that any return request made after 30 days from the delivery date will automatically be rejected, regardless of the item’s condition.
Important Information for the Return of eBikes
We strongly recommend keeping the original packaging for the 30-day return period to ensure a smooth return process. If the original packaging is no longer available, the eBike must be returned in equally protective alternative packaging. Please ensure that the eBike is packed carefully, as we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping.
For eBikes, we offer the option of having the bike picked up by our shipping partner. The costs for this service will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return of Used or Damaged Products
If products are returned to us used, damaged or contaminated, we reserve the right to charge the incurred costs to you and deduct them from the refund amount. This also applies if eBikes are returned used and/or damaged. If we determine that an item has been used beyond normal use or has been involved in an accident or impact, we cannot accept the return. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. We will communicate this in writing.
